Regional Leadership Academies

To successfully lead their chapters, Delta Sigs need training. Chapter leaders must learn to inspire and lead their members, while successfully managing chapter operations. Delta Sigma Phi provides its high-caliber undergraduate leaders with the opportunity to attend Regional Leadership Academies to build and maintain these necessary leadership skills.

RLAs bring undergraduate chapter leaders and alumni volunteers together for a full day of interactive training to improve their skills and knowledge in multiple areas of chapter operations. These areas coincide with the seven areas of the Accreditation document - Academic & Personal Success, Membership Growth & Retention, Advisory Support & Management, Responsibility & Accountability, Campus & Community Involvement, Financial Management, and Ritual.
