11.15.11 - Fraternity Seeks Director of Volunteer Development

The Director of Volunteer Development will lead and manage organizational efforts to recruit, train and engage volunteers consistent with the Fraternity’s Vision 2025 initiative.

 
The Director will manage and coordinate efforts designed to cultivate and recruit new levels of volunteer support from alumni, parents and friends of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity,
 
The role will be responsible for developing and fostering an organizational culture that recognizes the impact individual and groups of volunteers have in advancing the organization’s mission and vision while developing training initiatives and resources designed to improve student mentoring and support
 
Prior volunteer management experience in a nonprofit environment is desired.
