Regional Leadership Academies

To successfully lead their chapters, Delta Sigs need training. Chapter leaders must learn to inspire and lead their members, while successfully managing chapter operations. Delta Sigma Phi provides its high-caliber undergraduate leaders with the opportunity to attend Regional Leadership Academies to build and maintain these necessary leadership skills. 

RLAs bring undergraduate chapter leaders and alumni volunteers together for a full day of interactive training. the curriculum is specifically designed to help chapters excel in developing a stronger chapter through a number of categories outlined in the Fraternity's Accreditation document: Academic & Personal Success, Membership Growth & Retention, etc.

The 2012 Regional Leadership Academy dates and locations are:

January 13 - 14: Dolce Atlanta Peachtree

January 20 - 21: Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare

January 20 - 21: Hilton St. Louis at the Ball Park

January 27 - 28: Crowne Plaza Hotel Philadelphia - Cherry Hill

January 27 - 28: Double Tree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport
