Develop Stronger Leaders

As Delta Sigma Phi’s mission to build better men continues to manifest itself, there will be a need for dedicated alumni volunteers to help us build stronger leaders over the coming years. Some of the ways in which you can go All In for Delta Sig include

• Serve as a facilitator at a Regional Leadership Academy, Brotherhood Retreat, The Summit, or another leadership development program 

• Write a story on a topic related to leadership for The Carnation or another publication that the Fraternity produces or will produce

• Discuss your leadership experiences with undergraduate chapters in your area or across the country as a part of an alumni speaker’s bureau

• Engage with undergraduate members as a mentor to an undergraduate with a similar field of interest as you

• Invest in the effort to expand and accelerate our ability to build better men by providing philanthropic support to the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation

All of the above are ideas as to ways in which someone may be utilized to assist in this area. If any of these are of particular interest to you, please click here to fill out the volunteer form and click the “Develop Stronger Leaders” checkbox to indicate your interest in helping with this area of the Fraternity. You will be placed into a database of volunteers who have similar interests to you, and even if not utilized immediately, will be called upon to assist at some point in the future.

Please understand that we will likely have a large rush of volunteers as this campaign kicks off, so there may not be a spot for everyone who wants to volunteer immediately. We will do our best to utilize your services as quickly as possible in the way most aligned with your preferences.
