Position Profile:
The Senior Associate of Customer Billing's primary focus is to act as a liaison between the billing team and our internal sales force. You will be responsible for providing external customers with accurate invoices for IKON’s products and services as well as resolving any billing discrepancies for clients and/or Sales Executives. IKON is the world's largest independent distributor of copier and printer technologies, and is well-known for offering best-in-class systems and service to its customers.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have Majored in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Recent college grads please apply.
Previous customer service and/or contract experience is preferred.
Must be PC and software literate, be able to effectively manage priorities, provide outstanding customer service, and exhibit excellent communication and team skills.
