Keith J. Collier, a native of Troy, Michigan, is a 2010 graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions. Collier joined the Fraternity staff in January 2011 as a New Chapter Development Coordinator. In Summer 2012, Keith moved roles to Associate Director of Development. In this role, Keith executes fundraising and development related activites. He also helps alumni reconnect to the Fraternity as donors.
Collier was a Fall 2007 initiate of the Epsilon Tau Chapter at Grand Valley State University, an experience which made his time as an undergraduate a positive one. During his extremely busy time as an undergraduate, Collier served as his chapter’s IFC Delegate, Programming Chair and Recruitment Director.
In addition to these roles, he was extremely involved on campus. Collier was a student manager in the Office of Student Life, Intern in the Office of Admissions, Student/Greek Ambassador, Orientation Leader, Greek 101 Facilitator, United Greek Breaks Site Leader, Teacher/Research Assistant and a member of Habitat for Humanity.
According to Collier, “Being involved is important, but it’s more than just that, its about stepping outside of your comfort zone and embracing that uncomfortable growth in all facets of life. My time as an undergraduate member was very busy and amazing for many reasons. As I look back on my relationships (personal & professional), involvements, and accomplishments in addition to my degree, the Fraternity was honestly the icing on the cake. It made my college experience that much sweeter"
In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, rock climbing, camping and watching Michigan sports.
