Paul re-joined the Delta Sig staff in May 2008 as the Assistant Executive Director. He previously had worked for the Fraternity from 1992-1994, and again from 1998-2000 in a variety of roles, culminating in his service as Director of Programs and Services. Since his departure, he has remained in the Fraternity world, having served as the Executive Director of Triangle Fraternity, Director of Chapter Services for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, and as Chief Operating Officer for Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
In his role, Paul will be responsible for managing all of the Fraternity’s undergraduate operations, including chapter services, expansion, and local volunteer management.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree from Stetson University and a master's degree from Ball State University. He is active coaching little league teams and President of the board of directors for Jameson Camp, a local non-profit that helps area youth. Paul is also a member of the Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Paul, his wife and three sons reside in Carmel, IN.
