A native New Yorker, Scott Wiley has led Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity to its status today as one of the nation’s premier men’s fraternities. His unique experiences as a student leader and nonprofit volunteer, coupled with his accessibility to the organization’s key stakeholders and an unyielding commitment to the Fraternity’s mission of building better men have brought forth the synergies that form his vision for the Fraternity. As Delta Sigma Phi’s chief executive officer, Wiley leads a staff of thirteen dedicated professionals and is responsible for directing the daily activities of the organization.
Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Wiley served the Fraternity as a development officer and as a member of the organization’s management team responsible for chapter services and volunteer recruitment and development.
Wiley pledged a commitment to a new level of excellence for Delta Sigma Phi in his first months as Executive Director, forging the course for a truly dynamic membership experience as the catalyst for organization renewal. These initiatives have led to innovative programs for new and existing members—including the launch of the Delta Sigma Phi Regional Leadership Academy, a comprehensive leadership training program that provides critical leadership skills training to collegiate members and volunteers across the country, the reorganization of the Fraternity’s undergraduate services division, and the inception of an alumni affairs division intended to focus programs and services on realizing the organization’s vision of setting the standard for lifelong fraternity.
Scott serves on the board of directors for WRGA, Inc., an association whose mission is to provide leadership training to collegiate fraternity and sorority leaders; and the Indiana Society of Association Executives where he serves on the Board’s executive committee. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Fraternity Executives Association. He and his wife, Lynda (Kappa Alpha Theta) are members of the Meridian Street United Methodist Church in Indianapolis.
