Vince Woods, a native of Elon, North Carolina, graduated from East Carolina University. Woods sought out membership in Delta Sigma Phi because he wanted to connect with a group of men that aligned with the ideals and values similar to his. He has the opportunity to share the beliefs of the Fraternity with young men all around the country in his current role as Assistant Director of Chapter Advancement. In this role, Vince will advise, coach, and mentor existing chapters.
As a member of the Epsilon Phi Chapter, Vince found himself serving as Recruitment Chairman, Public Relations Chairman, New Member Educator, Community Service Chairman, Social Chairman and Chapter President. In addition to serving his chapters, Vince was also extremely involved on campus. Vince was the IFC Recruitment Director, IFC President, Vice President of the Hospitality Management Association, served as a mentor for the Emerging Leader’s Program and managed to volunteer with the American Red Cross, Eastern North Carolina Food Bank & Services and the Golden Living Retirement Center.
“I can undoubtedly credit Delta Sigma Phi as the reason I am where I am today; my membership in this organization has been life changing and I am honored to have had the chance to be apart of something great,” Woods said.
In his free time, Vince enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, exploring new places, listening to music and sharing the latest, and greatest, Youtube videos.
